Structure and Features
Since the motor's rotational speed changes according to the air consumption, an ideal reduction in power ratio is possible.
When air consumption drops below 30%, compressed air in the receiver tank is purged to reduce power consumption.
Also, when automatic operation is selected and air consumption decreases, the compressor stops via the automatic ON-OFF function.
Precise pressure control within a pressure fluctuation range of ±0.1kgf/cm² is possible, allowing operation at the minimum required pressure,
preventing unnecessary power consumption.
Produces only the necessary air by controlling the motor speed with a high-efficiency inverter.
→ Prevents power loss due to peak starting current and pressure fluctuations, enabling maximum energy saving.
Airflow _ Power Relationship
Unnecessary power loss occurs during Unload operation in the conventional operating method (Load/Unload operation).
Air compressors use an inverter and MICOM controller depending on the load characteristics.
By applying an inverter, the rotational speed of the motor is varied according to the required load, saving power.
Power saving is maximized by closing the intake valve when operating at the lowest frequency (30HZ).
